Every employer who provides any LEV to meet the regulations shall ensure:

“it is maintained in an efficient state, in efficient working order, in good repair and in a clean condition” - Regulation 9 -1 COSHH.

At Vent-Tech we can offer a fully comprehensive servicing plan to ensure your LEV system is not only fully HSE compliant but runs efficiently.

As part of a Vent-Tech service plan we our engineers will check and change (if necessary) fan drive belts & filters, carryout checks of compressed air cleaning systems, check condition of ducting including check for potential blockages. We are able to supply and (if required) install either one offÕs of as part of a maintenance program all types of air filter including HEPA filters, pleated filters & bag filters.

Works can be undertaken out side of your normal working hours to minimize disruption to your works.

We can supply a complete range of air filters including:

• HEPA Filter (all grades)
• Filter bags for all makes of dust extractor
• Cartridge filters for all types of filter plant
• Pleated air filter for air conditioning units and supply air units
• Industrial filter bags and PVC collection sacks for all makes of filter plant
