BOHS LEV Training Courses

Vent-Tech is one of the few companies in the UK approved by the BOHS to run LEV training courses. We have been successfully running BOHS courses for several years with increasing numbers of delegates, and with our move last year into new offices we now also have a dedicated training facility within Bristol. In the light of the success of the training arm of the business, it made sense with the launch of our new website to make our training bookable online.

Details of the many courses we run including the popular p600 and p601 can now be found on our website, including course overviews and who should attend.  All available courses can be booked via our integrated booking system, with all details of dates, times and prices available by clicking the ‘Book Now’ buttons.

The introduction of online booking is only one of many improvements made to site with the new design, which also has more in-depth information about relevant topics including among others LEV R&D and frequently asked COSHH test questions.

Maths course offer

We like to see as many of our delegates as possible pass their BOHS courses. In the case of the P601 course, we were finding that some delegates were struggling because they did not have the level of maths knowledge assumed by the course syllabus. Indeed, many had not done formula-based equations since school days.

As a result, we have introduced an optional maths course on the afternoon preceding the P601 course for delegates who might be in this situation, so they can get their maths up to scratch before the course. We are the only BOHS authorised LEV training company who offer this combination.

To encourage delegates to consider this option, we are offering a discounted price when delegates book our most popular combination of courses – the P600, Maths course and P601 package which are all run consecutively, saving £200 on the price of the courses if they were booked individually.

New sites for Cooling and Building Manuals businesses

As part of the re-design of the LEV site, we have also launched separate sites for the Cooling and Building Manual arms of the business, again allowing us to include more relevant content on those areas in an easily navigable format.
