Holiday Inn Express with Zeal Project
A new Holiday Inn Express was being built in Bridgwater with 138 bedrooms to meet the need for increased demand from local businesses, Hinkley Point C and increased tourist traffic.
The Main Contractor appointed was Midas Group Ltd – and having worked with them before for many projects they asked Vent-Tech to produce the building manuals.

Perham Down Building Manuals
Vent-Tech Ltd were asked to produce, compile and co-ordinate the Building Manual for the MOD project at Perham Down, incorporating the Health & Safety File and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals from the sub-contractors involved.
